Public content describes AffMarkit’s operating model and implementation foundations. It is not a guarantee of partner acceptance, product availability, traffic, revenue, conversions, or commercial results.

Partnerships

An enquiry does not create an account, agency, partnership, or other commercial relationship. Any approved relationship will be governed by separate written terms.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, misrepresent affiliation with AffMarkit, or reuse content unlawfully.

Content and links

We aim to keep public information accurate, but content may change as capabilities and business details are verified. Third-party destinations, if linked, are governed by their own terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public website is provided without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
