Using AffMarkit

AffMarkit gives merchants, networks, and publishers a way to distribute and manage promotional content across multiple channels. When you use the network, you agree to use it responsibly — no scraping, no misuse, and no activities that might harm the network or the people using it.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement to use our services.

Content You Provide

Any coupon, banner, text ad, feed, or promotional material you upload or sync must be accurate and lawful. You’re responsible for the offers you add — including expiration dates, tracking links, descriptions, and promotional claims.
We reserve the right to remove content that’s misleading, harmful, fraudulent, or inappropriate.

Our Content and Technology

Everything we’ve built — the interface, features, design, backend logic, and branding — belongs to AffMarkit. Please don’t copy, modify, or try to reverse-engineer our systems.
You’re welcome to use the network, not replicate it.

Availability

We work hard to keep AffMarkit running smoothly, but sometimes upgrades, maintenance, or unexpected issues cause slowdowns or downtime. We don’t promise uninterrupted service, but we do everything reasonably possible to keep things stable.

Third-Party Links & Networks

Our network connects with affiliate networks, tracking tools, and external links. We do not control these third-party systems or their policies. When you click outbound links or sync data from other networks, their terms apply to you as well.

Prohibited Activities

Here’s what isn’t allowed:

  • misusing tracking links or manipulating attribution
  • uploading unlawful, harmful, or deceptive promotions
  • attempting to hack, overload, or interfere with the network
  • using AffMarkit in ways that break affiliate network rules
  • automated scraping or crawling without permission

If something causes harm or disrupts the network, it’s not allowed.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the network. You can also close your account at any time by contacting us.
Either way, certain rights and obligations may continue — like our right to store records required for compliance or security.

Liability

AffMarkit is provided “as is.” We can’t be held liable for lost revenue, performance fluctuations, network issues, inaccurate third-party data, or damage caused by misuse of the network.
We always aim to deliver accurate insights, but real-world performance fluctuates for many reasons outside our control.

Changes to These Terms

We occasionally update our terms as the network grows. We’ll highlight important changes so you’re not caught off-guard.
